Job description

Turner Imaging Systems develops innovative medical X-ray imaging devices that improve patient outcomes, expand healthcare access, and drive efficiency. POSITION SUMMARY

The Customer Care Representative / Installation Coordinator assists users by managing customer inquiries, offering first-level technical support, and coordinating installation logistics at clinical sites. This role requires effective collaboration across various teams, including sales, service, and engineering, to ensure a smooth onboarding process and post-install support. In this position, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring high customer satisfaction are essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Customer Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt, professional, and empathetic assistance
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, technicians, and administrators
  • Document interactions and feedback to ensure continuity and quality of service

Technical Assistance

  • Provide first-level troubleshooting, including wireless connectivity, battery operation, and imaging functions
  • Collaborate with service and engineering teams to resolve escalated issues
  • Installation Coordination

  • Manage installation schedules and logistics across diverse clinical environments
  • Ensure all pre-install documentation and site-readiness requirements are met
  • Follow up post-installation to confirm satisfaction and operational success
  • Competencies :

    Education and / or Experience :

  • Associates degree in a relevant field required, bachelors preferred
  • 3+ years of experience as a customer representative is required
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, and / or a business-to-business environment is a plus
  • Proficiency in typing and using computers, telephones, CRM, ERP, and other customer-focused technologies is essential.
