    • Responsibilities

  • Support senior creative strategists and sales teams to develop engaging campaigns for the client.
  • Design and present innovative creative strategies that inspire and connect with audiences.
  • Consult on and enhance existing campaigns with fresh creative ideas.
  • Create and share creative content and resources that empower internal sales teams.
  • Adapt to a variety of project types across a wide spectrum of retail brands.
  • Develop standout creative for client campaigns as part of the Global Brand & Creative Solutions team, reporting to the Sr. Manager of US Retail Creative Strategy.
  • Collaborate to design great experiences for brands and clients in retail segments (Fashion, Home, Speciality, Mass Market, Grocery).
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements and client needs while delivering business-driving creative work.
  • Ensure authorization and eligibility to work in the designated country as required.

    • Qualifications

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience with an agency, platform, or brand.
  • Background in art direction or design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.
  • Candidates with a diversity of experiences, educational backgrounds, and perspectives are encouraged to apply.
  • Adaptable mindset, eager to handle a range of assignments and prioritise with guidance from the manager.
  • Strong verbal and presentation skills to communicate ideas clearly and compellingly.
  • Interest in growing both creative and strategic skill sets.
  • A strong eye for visual communication, with experience developing compelling pitch decks and collateral.
  • Passion for creating visually led, business-driving creative work.
