The Opportunity

As part of the Risk and Compliance team you will champion the integration of AI and data-driven insights into regulatory risk and cybersecurity engagements. As a Manager, you will lead the design and execution of innovative compliance and risk management solutions that utilize automation, analytics, or AI technologies. This role involves serving as a liaison between technical data / AI teams and business stakeholders to promote strategic alignment while inspiring and mentoring junior staff to enhance their skills.

For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
