Position Summary

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapy interventions to restore function, reduce pain, and maximize independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents’ physical conditions and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment programs using best clinical practices.
• Deliver skilled therapy interventions to improve strength, balance, and mobility.
• Monitor and document progress, modifying treatment as needed.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
• Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations.
