Otolaryngology Physician

Seeking a BC / BE Otolaryngologist for a solo hospital-employed practice in a growing community with a strong referral base.

• Employed position in our multi-specialty clinic
• Comp is in MGMA-median range and above (for an experienced candidate)
• 2 retiring providers available for mentorship to new grads
• Productivity bonus quarterly based on wRVUs
• $40K+ bonus (negotiable)
• Student loan assistance, if needed
• $5K CME / 5 days annually
• Robust benefits
• 25 days holiday / vacation annually (not including weekends)
• 10 days call monthly, but if they want more, pay for any days above 10
• Very strong referral base
