Tennessee Licensed Senior Staff Accountant

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Accountant, LBS Projects, Fixed Assets, and Lease Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage monthly processes for Oracle Projects, Fixed Assets, and Leases, including project creation and reporting

Lead month-end close procedures related to project, fixed asset, and lease accounting

Collaborate with facility finance teams to ensure accurate lease classification and maintain internal controls

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

4+ years of experience in project and fixed assets accounting

Experience with Oracle systems and reporting tools (OTBI, FDI, EPM)

Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control principles

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred; active license a plus
