Tax Senior Associate - Ultra-High Net Worth Individual Tax

Typical Day in the Life

As a Tax Senior Associate in our ultra-high net worth tax practice, you will be responsible for working with individual tax clients to assist them with the transition of wealth from one generation to the next. A typical day as a Tax Senior Associate might include the following:

• Working with clients to ensure relevant tax-related information is gathered so that an accurate tax return can be prepared.
• Looking at the tax situation of the individual, their trusts, and their estate from various angles to ensure the maximum tax benefit is applied.
• Preparing complex tax returns including individual, partnership, trust, estate, and non-profit tax returns by required deadlines.
• Working with the tax and national Wealth Transition Services team to ensure the various components of the tax process are performed.
• Attending professional development and training seminars on a regular basis.
• Effectively interacting with all levels of staff, clients, and other external business contacts.

This is a remote position for candidates located in the Greater Seattle area.

Who You Are

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• You have or are actively working towards obtaining a CPA license or Enrolled Agent certification.
• You have 3+ years of experience in public accounting tax work with at least 2 years of experience working specifically with ultra-high net worth individual clients and their related entities.
• You are an excellent communicator -- your verbal and written communication skills are outstanding.
• You are a multi-tasking master and there is never a deadline you can't meet.

Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Benefits and Compensation

Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills.

Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000
