Position responsibilities include :

• Greeting everyone entering the studio with enthusiasm and knowledge
• Presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested individuals
• Managing front desk tasks, including answering phones and engaging with members
• Providing studio tours
• Collaborating with trainers to guide newcomers through their first workout
• Selling memberships to support studio growth
• Following up with prospective clients
• Addressing members' concerns professionally to reach resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the studio
