Description :

Start date is January 4th.

The position involves working in a telemetry unit.

The nurse will manage patient assignments with a ratio of 6 : 1, and potentially 5 : 1.

No on-call requirements are included.

The unit consists of 34 beds and a staffing mix including charge nurses, nurses, patient care technologists, and a unit clerk.

General patient ratios for nurses on the unit are consistent.

Typical equipment includes Welch Allyn Vital Signs monitors and GE telemetry monitoring.

The electronic medical record system used is MediTech.

Typical procedures performed on the unit include wound vac management, use of CPM machines, external fixation, and bracing.

An outgoing and team-oriented personality is the best fit for the culture.

The dress code requires navy scrubs.
