Comp : up to 85K based on experience

SBCS has partnered with a manufacturing company based in Bartlesville, OK, and is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct financial analysis and create financial reports for plant
• Evaluate financial data and provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
• Monitor and analyze financial trends85 and identify potential risks or opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices
• Prepare presentations and reports for clients and senior management
• Participate in financial audits and ensure compliance with regulations and policies
• Provide support and guidance to junior financial analysts as needed
