DUTIES :
The Chef De Partie is responsible for providing culinary support to the kitchen in the preparation and presentation of all dishes. These responsibilities include :
Creating and completing daily prep listsPreparing menu items following recipes and yield guidesReceiving and organizing deliveriesHandling opening and closing dutiesMaintaining Dept of Health standardsCommunicating with Chef on Duty about any issues with product, supplies, equipment or facilitiesParticipating in staff training opportunities to develop knowledge and skillsREQUIREMENTS :
Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityUnderstanding of hygiene, food safety, and DOH regulationsAbility to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environmentAbility to remain calm, professional, and focused under pressurePhysical stamina to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays or equipment as neededBENEFITS : Requirements :
