Job Description
Adhere to guest service requirement listed above
Adhere to standards and operating procedures as outlined in the Belterra Park EVS Manual.
Maintain an inspection program for all EVS responsible areas.
Maintain the approved preventative maintenance program on all equipment.
Be familiar with and ensure safe and proper use of all equipment and chemicals.
Maintain a safety program to ensure all Team Members have a safe work environment.
Control supplies and inventory in the department. Frequently update yourself on new products and materials for continuous operational improvement.
Ensure all Team Members are properly trained to their assigned task.
Conduct inspections on all gaming and non-gaming EVS areas daily.
Fill all reasonable guest requests or place guest in contact with appropriate person for assistance.
Must maintain the strictest confidence of any and all confidential and proprietary information disclosed by a Belterra Park entity or by a guest of Belterra Park.
Trains EVS team members
Maintain a high level of professional appearance, demeanor, ethics, and image of self and subordinates.
Attends all regular departmental meetings as well as other related meetings.
Completes necessary reports in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Able to operate small cleaning equipments such as extractors, auto scrubbers, buffers and overhead lifts
Clean restrooms. mirrors, sinks, counter tops, cigarette urns and toilets
Empty trash bins and pick up loose papers from floors, sinks and counter tops as well as sweep and mop floors.
Remove all trash to exterior trash points
Replace toilet tissue and refill paper towel dispensers
Clean and polish all furniture, marble, brass, brass floor plates, and entrance door brass and kick door brass plates
Clean brass, lighting, walls and carpeting
Clean and dust all lighting and lampshades
Vacuum flooring, clean windows, clean window ledges and clean team member restaurant floors, and sanitizes all guest and team member areas
Respond to reasonable guest requests or place guest in contact with appropriate person for assistance
This is a uniformed position, which requires the team member be in compliance with uniformed appearance standards while on duty
Perform other duties assigned by the department Manager
Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays

Required Education and Work Experience :
High school diploma or certificate from Educational Institute
One (2) to two (2) years experience as an EVS Lead or Supervisor
