Job description
A company is looking for a Tech Lead (Fullstack) to analyze, design, program, debug, and modify software enhancements and new products.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and verify technical requirements and author technical design for features
Write high-quality code with full test coverage and review code for functionality and quality
Mentor co-workers, provide guidance for contractors, and suggest process improvements and best practices
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Proficient in programming and debugging across multiple modules
Experience with technical requirement gathering and design auditing
Ability to identify feature and module dependencies and propose mitigation plans
Experience in mentoring and improving productivity of team members
Familiarity with alternative technologies and techniques
