Vice President of Finance

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

Partner cross-functionally to drive performance by setting goals, tracking performance, and managing FP&A cycles

Support organic and inorganic growth initiatives through collaboration with commercial and product teams, and lead financial diligence for acquisitions

Build a high-impact finance organization focused on data-driven outcomes and operational excellence across finance functions

Required Qualifications

12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in a PE or VC-backed environment, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or Healthcare

Strong understanding of financial planning, operations, controls, and KPIs

Experience supporting corporate strategy, fundraising, M&A, or investor relations

Tech-savvy with a preference for experience in AI tooling in finance

Proven track record of building and scaling finance teams as strategic business partners
