This role is categorized as onsite. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the GM Defense Production Facility on a full-time basis (shift is four 10's, Monday - Thursday). The Role

As a Shipping And Receiving Clerk you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy of all incoming material shipments, receiving material into inventory and maintaining plant records in an organized manor. Shipping out any special orders, returns or materials as needed.

What You'll Do

• Verify qty received matches shipment paperwork
• Receive material into inventory management system (SAP)
• Maintain records by filing completed receipts
• Communicate with vendors to resolve any issues
• Work with payment team on investigation of discrepancies
• Receive nonstandard shipments (Catalog, bailment, CCA, ETC)
• Process all requests for outbound shippers
• Schedule FedEx pickups
• Wrap skids and load trucks as needed
• Pick and pack material for shipment
