About The Position

Must-Have :

• Two years of Registered Interventional Radiology Nursing experience
• Telemetry experience
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association)

Description :

This is a fast-paced pre / post interventional radiology department in a level 1 Trauma center.

We cater to inpatient and outpatient populations across the lifespan.

Nurses work within a multidisciplinary team and are responsible for the pre-procedural preparation of patients and post-procedural recovery and overnight observation care.

Experience with gastrointestinal post-procedural care is preferred but not required.

This is an exciting opportunity for nurses who want to work in the high-energy environment of Diagnostic Imaging.

We specialize in providing care for patients undergoing CT scans, MRIs, nuclear medicine scans, X-rays, and ultrasound.

Good communication skills, as well as the ability to critically think, are essential.

Care for patients boarding overnight pre or post-procedure is required.
