Our client, a leader in industrial manufacturing and logistics, is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to join their team. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting Customer Service and Inventory Management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Order Fulfillment Specialist

Location : Slidell, LA

Pay Range : $19 / hour

Shift : Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with occasional weekends when needed

What's the Job?

• Manage the entire order cycle from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Communicate effectively with sales teams and customers to confirm order details and escalate concerns as needed
• Receive replenishment orders and accurately process inventory updates
• Pick and prepare sales and distribution orders efficiently, including tinting sales orders when required
• Coordinate with internal resources to ensure order fulfillment and resolve any issues promptly
