Join our team at ABB Hotel Management as a Customer Engagement Representative and play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a key point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences and fostering long-lasting relationships.

Responsibilities :

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms
  • Provide personalized assistance and recommendations to meet customer needs
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services and products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service role
  • Fluency in English and Spanish languages preferred
