BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Job Coach to join the team in Lehigh Valley, PA. BAYADA's Employment Specialist - Job Coach - work one-on-one providing job coaching and training to individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD) within a general work setting. Job coaches will assist to explore, seek, choose and acquire and maintain employment. As a member of our team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. How You'll Make an Impact :

Empowering an Individual to obtain meaningful employment

Assist with enhancing job skills by monitoring progress through documentation

Educate employers on benefits and opportunities of work with people with disabilities

Advocating for inclusion on the job and reasonable accommodations for the individual

Making an impact on the community

Compensation & Schedule :

Competitive pay rates starting at $18 / hr with a weekly pay schedule

Flexible scheduling (part-time, various shifts)

Short commute times (we try to match opportunities near your home)

Qualifications for Our Job Coaches :

ACRE and / or CESP Certification

One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (IDD)

High school diploma or equivalent

Pay : Weekly; $18-$25 based on experience
