Position Overview :

Leads and optimizes the company’s AP operations, managing a team and ensuring compliance with policies, accounting standards, and regulations. This role provides strategic oversight of AP functions, enhances systems and processes, and ensures accurate, timely recording and payment of liabilities. A key focus is driving successful implementation of critical AP projects to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and reduce manual effort.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership & Team Management :

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Accounts Payable specialists

Oversee vendor communications, resolve disputes, and ensure the timely payment of invoices.

Ensure accurate and timely recording of all AP transactions, including proper coding to the general ledger.

Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and responses to audit inquiries.

Collaborate with other departments such as Procurement, Finance, and Treasury to ensure smooth workflows and resolve issues promptly.

Base Salary : The estimated annual base salary for this position ranges from :

$145,000 to $165,000. Individual pay is based upon location, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Incentives : All full-time employees are eligible for an incentive program or profit-sharing program in addition to their base salary.
