As a Leave Of Absence Coordinator, you will administer LOA programs including FMLA and state-specific leave laws and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions and supports employees throughout the leave process. You will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day LOA administration while ensuring compliance with all legal regulations, best practices, and company policies and procedures. You will also partner with employees, managers, and third-party vendors to deliver timely, compassionate, and proactive guidance that fosters well-being and a smooth transition during periods of leave and return to work. This is a subset of the overall responsibilities which will include multiple initiatives as assigned by Human Resources leadership.
This role is hybrid (Mon through Thu on-site / Fri remote) in our Kansas City downtown location.

Compensation Range : $51,480.00 - $99,330.00
