Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is hiring a Sales Consultant. Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States. We seek Sales Consultants who deliver world-class service to Every Guest. Every Time. What You Will Be Doing

As a Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you'll have the chance to control your career in one of our retail stores. Using your talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills, you will create the ultimate in-store experience. In this role, you will :

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and resolving issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.

What We Offer

We are proud our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days. Employees accrue paid time off : at least 40 hours per year for the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter. You are entitled to minimum sick leave as required by state law if applicable.

Physical Requirements

Training Requirements

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company\'s expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout employment with Victra.
