Operations & Development Manager

Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization in the social services / advocacy space, is seeking an Operations & Development Manager for a 3+ month hybrid opportunity (3 days onsite in Boston / 2 remote). This role works Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (35-hour work week) and pays $30-$32 / hr, with the potential to convert permanently at $80-$85K. The Administrative Assistant will support executive-level leadership and internal operations, helping drive organizational efficiency and mission-aligned initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar coordination and meeting prep
• Assist with day-to-day operations and office management tasks
• Support donor and development activities, including CRM updates and event logistics
• Track contracts, vendors, and program deliverables
• Prepare materials, correspondence, and reports
• Assist with onboarding, compliance documentation, and internal process support
