Job descriptionMust have Weekday Mornings Available (8.30am - 11.30am) Other afternoon sessions are also available Must currently live in the Peoria area We provide our premier children's soccer experiences through 35-40 minute sessions at schools, childcare centers and park programs We operate all year round (Spring, Summer, Winter, and Fall) and assign classes over the course of a season. Training : Comprehensive paid training program covering Soccer Shots' curriculum, coaching techniques, and best practices. Flexibility : Schedule based on availability, opportunities to change availability seasonally. Career Progression : Opportunities for advancement within the company. Engage children aged 2-8 with enthusiasm and creativity. Arrive to classes on time, commit to the season length. Conduct soccer sessions including setup and takedown. Encourage character development through positive reinforcement. Utilize Soccer Shots' curriculum and teaching techniques. Lead groups of 10-12 kids for 35-40 minute classes. Follow safety and attendance protocols. Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers. Energetic, reliable, organized. Drivers license. Access to reliable transportation (car). Ability to stand, jog, and model children's soccer skills. High school degree.
