Position : Senior Accountant

Location : Boston

Salary : $95,000-105,000+ bonus + equity

The Senior Accountant's responsibilities include :

Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close by preparing journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations

Maintain SOX 404(b) compliance through proper documentation, controls, and collaboration with internal teams and external auditors

Assist with audit requests, flux analysis, and preparation of schedules to support financial reporting and external disclosures

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and support ad hoc projects in a fast-paced biotech environmentTop of Form

Qualifications :

4 + years' experience in accounting operations with advanced Excel skills required, pharma and biotech experience highly preferred

Bachelor's Degree required

Experience interacting with internal control / SOX auditors and external financial auditors

Strong knowledge of GAAP
