Job descriptionInstall maintain and troubleshoot low voltage systems such as fire alarm, card access systems, communication systems, and cameras. Work with HVAC Technicians to install and troubleshoot HVAC controls. Work with outside contractors to help design and manage electrical related projects. Help mentor, guide, and support entry level Technicians. Perform general maintenance to building equipment and systems. Assist with preparing facilities for meetings, events, and other gatherings. Perform other duties as assigned. 5+ years of Commercial Journeyman Experience in service and / or maintenance. Wisconsin Electrical Journeyman's license required. Requires a strong mechanical aptitude and good trouble shooting skills. Good communication and organizational skills are required. Must demonstrate ability to effectively apply good judgment, detail orientation, and independent decision-making skills. Clean work environment. This position requires you to work in multiple different environments such as professional offices, labs, warehousing, and manufacturing. Comfortable working from ladders, manlifts, and roofs Must be able to work occasional off hours, weekends, and late nights to accommodate immediate building emergencies or needs.
