Are you a motivated hospitality professional with a passion for sales, marketing, and building lasting client relationships? We are seeking a Sales / Marketing Manager to lead our hotel’s sales efforts, enhance brand visibility, and drive revenue growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies. Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize room revenue, group bookings, and event sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, group, and leisure clients to ensure repeat and new business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales calls, site visits, and networking.
- Coordinate closely with the operations and front office teams to ensure smooth execution of group and event business.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, online listings, and promotional campaigns, to increase hotel exposure.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking functions, and community events.
- Assist with creating and managing the annual sales and marketing budget. Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales, marketing, or related hospitality roles.
- Proven track record in achieving revenue and sales goals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or Business preferred (or equivalent experience).
