Key Responsibilities
Manage scheduling and calendar for installation and inspection appointments, ensuring optimal resource allocation
Collaborate with teams to identify and implement improvements in customer journey and operational efficiency
Document customer interactions and resolve escalated project challenges in partnership with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of project administration or field construction experience
Experience in customer communication functions, including call center expertise
Ability to create dashboards and reports using relevant software
Strong leadership or management skills with a high level of organization
