Travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered. Requested time off during the assignment must be noted and verified at upload. Requests for time off after upload will not be approved. No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted. Non-billable orientation is 8 hours. Previous travel experience is preferred.
