What You’ll Do

• Support individuals with every day activities like meals, personal care / hygiene, appointments, medication administration, and fun outings.
• Encourage independence, positive attitudes, and personal growth.
• Keep the residential home clean, safe, and create a happy home environment.
• Stay organized with good documentation and communicate with the team.
• Be a positive role model who embodies CNTA’s Culture of Gratitude and teamwork.
