Job descriptionMeal preparation laundry light household chores. Activities of daily living (such as bathing grooming dressing etc.). Completely hands-on Must be detailed oriented and aware of your surroundings at all times. Keep the individual we serve safe with continuous monitoring of health and safety. Complete documentation requirements (i.e. Progress notes data logs timesheets etc.) which reflect goals and objectives worked on with the individual we serve. Encourage the individual we serve where appropriate to engage in recreational entertainment or educational activities such as games reading movies outdoor activities arts and crafts etc. Participation and assistance at medical appointments. Transportation Ability Knowledge of Culture of Gentleness / Gentle Teaching Others duties as assigned. Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally Must be dependable and detailed oriented Hands-On position You must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license You must pass drug alcohol employment criminal background and Motor Vehicle checks as a condition of contract employment. Have a high school diploma or GED Must be able to lift 50 pounds Recipient Rights Bloodborne Pathogens CPR / First Aid Emergency Preparedness Cultural Competency Medication Limited English Proficiency Person Centered Planning process Introduction to Human Services HIPAA Due Process Basic Documentation

Community Living Centers Inc. provides support to individuals that have developmental disabilities in a residential environment. Our goal is to provide safe and comfortable homes that are welcomed in their communities.
We actively promote wellness of body mind and spirit by providing an enriching environment of opportunities for all of our residents.
Currently we have a Full-Time position in our community living support program with 12hr weekend shifts based on the needs of the client. We make every effort to work around your schedule.
- Must be able to work weekend shifts.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally
- You must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- You must pass drug alcohol employment criminal background and Motor Vehicle checks as a condition of contract employment.
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
