As General Manager, you oversee all people and operations for your Wendy's restaurant. We are counting on you to create and sustain a fun, inviting work environment and to model Wendy's core values every day. You and your leadership team will work together to create a culture of consistency and performance to drive customer service, training, development, sales & profit growth, and accountability across the entire restaurant team. You run the show, and you will be responsible for managing the P&L to control costs and achieve specified profit targets by identifying areas of opportunity in revenue growth, customer service and process improvement.

General Managers are the leader of the restaurant management team. General Managers provide direction, training and the expertise required to ensure the customer's expectations are exceeded, and each shift they oversee achieves its business goals.
