The Crown Is Yours

As a Growth Marketing Associate, you'll work in a fast‑paced environment and leverage your prior experience to bring new and exciting paid search campaigns to life. You will be an integral part of the Growth Marketing team and manage the creative workflow and delivery for critical events across the promotion of our products. In this role, you will drive relevance, engagement, and growth across our key channels.

What You’ll Do

• Manage paid search performance marketing campaigns for our products across various supply partners.
• Launch and optimize campaigns to meet larger team goals, KPIs, and results.
• Identify and execute A / B tests to draw insights for growth and optimization.
• Collaborate with our external media partners, ensuring efficient campaign planning, execution, measurement, and optimization.
• Partner with the Creative, Analytics and wider Marketing teams to develop cohesive and effective campaigns, ensuring alignment across streaming campaigns.
• Develop creative briefs for digital marketing assets and identify legal and compliance approvals as needed.
• Report on performance and share learnings with executives and the wider growth team.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is 58,400.00 USD - 73,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
