Job descriptionRoute Coverage : Learn multiple routes to provide seamless service when an RSR is absent. Product Delivery & Pickup : Safely load, transport, and unload clean garments and other products to customers, while also collecting soiled items. Customer Service : Deliver high-quality service, resolve customer requests independently, and build strong customer relationships. Operational Excellence : Accurately manage invoices, conduct inventory audits, and ensure the safety and appearance of the assigned vehicle. Safety : Adhere to all traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies. Problem-Solving : Address customer needs and resolve service issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Communication : Effectively communicate customer feedback and potential solutions to location leadership. Driver's License : A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required, with a minimum age of 21 years old. DOT Compliance : Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements, including a physical exam. Education : A high school diploma, GED, or military service is required. Customer Service Skills : Strong customer service abilities and the ability to work independently yet maintain a team-oriented mindset. Physical Stamina : Must be able to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds and stay on their feet for extended periods. Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using and learning new technologies for operational efficiency.

A UniFirst Route Coverage Specialist covers delivery routes for unavailable Route Service Representatives (RSRs) , delivering and picking up products, providing customer service, and resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction and build relationships.
