Description :
The Shipping & Receiving Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the swing shift is responsible for handling all aspects of shipping and receiving operations. The role requires effective communication with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. This position will also involve managing inventory, resolving order discrepancies, and providing exceptional customer support during the swing shift hours.
Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently
Coordinate with carriers and vendors to schedule pickups and deliveries
Maintain accurate inventory records and track shipments
Resolve shipping and receiving discrepancies by communicating with customers and suppliers
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and issues promptly
Prepare shipping documentation and labels for all outgoing shipments
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during shipping and receiving activities
