Responsibilities :
Provide operational
coverage across multiple production lines by collaborating with
machine operators and leads while following all equipment manuals
and Aspire SOPs

Maintain adherence to
GMPs, health and safety rules, and food safety practices during
relief assignments
style="font-family : arial, helvetica,
sans-serif;font-size : 12.0pt">
Utilize Aspire AOE
training with Centerline and CIL daily management
systems
style="font-family : arial, helvetica,
sans-serif;font-size : 12.0pt">
Participate in root cause analysis,
and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining standard
work procedures

sans-serif;font-size : 12.0pt">

Performs area walk daily to detect issues
& defects to help reduce and maintain waste
levels
style="font-size : 12.0pt;font-family : arial, helvetica,

Additional tasks may be assigned as
needed

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or GED is
required

style="font-size : 12.0pt;font-family : arial, helvetica,

At least 6 months as an Ingredient
operator or related experience
style="font-size : 12.0pt;font-family : arial, helvetica,

style="font-size : 12.0pt;font-family : arial, helvetica,
sans-serif;color : black">
Prior experience in a fast-paced
production or packing environment is
preferred.

Ability to understand and operate mixing
process controls and makes adjustments when
necessary.

Basic
knowledge of dough mixing and operating mixing
equipment

Ability to write clearly and legibly and
possess basic effective verbal and written skills in
English.

To perform this job successfully, an
individual should have the ability to work with computers and
operating screens.

Shift 10pm-6 : 30am ( Must be able to work
weekends)

Pay Rate : $24 - $25 per hour
