Job Summary
We're seeking a creative, motivated, and multi-talented Visual Designer to bring Levitate's apparel line and live event experiences to life visually-across digital, print, social, merchandise, and environmental design.
This role sits at the intersection of design, marketing, and storytelling. You'll collaborate with our marketing, events, and apparel teams to deliver compelling visuals that reflect Levitate's identity, engage our community, and support our continued growth across both brand and performance channels.
The ideal candidate has a passion for both apparel and brand-building and an interest or experience in marketing and creative advertising. You should thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and constantly evolving environment, and enjoy shaping concepts and delivering eye-catching creative across apparel, live events, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design visual assets across various media : website graphics, social media (static and video), email campaigns, digital ads, posters, flyers, signage, merchandise, packaging, lookbooks, and moreCreate and refine apparel graphics, seasonal collection visuals, and product mockupsCollaborate with the events team on branding, signage, stage backdrops, wayfinding, maps, printed programs, and environmental graphicsSupport marketing efforts with cohesive, creative storytelling across digital and physical touchpointsDevelop motion graphics, simple animations, and transitions for digital contentAssist with short-form video content (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikToks) by designing overlays, transitions, and motion elementsDesign digital marketing and email assets to drive traffic to the site and support campaigns in innovative and engaging waysDeliver creative advertising content-especially for Meta (Facebook / Instagram) paid social ad formats, email, and web-with a strong focus on storytelling for both new and existing customersDevelop and test different creative executions; iterate on learnings and apply insights to future campaignsLearn existing design systems and translate visual direction across multiple marketing channelsEnsure brand consistency across all design touchpointsManage and organize assets, maintain version control, and optimize exports in coordination with production vendorsParticipate in brainstorming, concept development, and creative reviewsHandle multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting prioritiesQualifications & Skills
Minimum 3 years of professional design experience (in-house or agency)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Experience designing for marketing channels including :Social media (organic and paid)
Email marketingDigital advertising and paid social (especially Meta platforms)Experience with motion tools (After Effects, Premiere, or similar)Strong skills in layout, typography, branding, color theory, and visual storytellingEnthusiasm or experience in short-form content, video editing, or motion designFamiliarity or experience with FigmaStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesProactive, self-starter attitude with a hands-on creative approachComfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environmentPortfolio demonstrating relevant work in apparel, branding, event, or digital marketing designBonus skills (not required but highly valued) :

This position reports to Ownership and the Brand Marketing Manager, and works closely with the E-commerce, Events, Merchandising, and Operations teams. You may also collaborate with external vendors, printers, production houses, and event partners.
