Job descriptionCompetitive pay ranging from $37.50 to $56.25, based on qualifications and experience. Full-time position with 36 hours per week, including night shifts and weekend rotations. Generous sign-on bonus of $15,000 for 3rd shift positions. Student loan forgiveness up to $20,000 and tuition assistance up to $7,200 for further development. Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans. Post-operative craniotomy patients for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resections. Patients undergoing cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries. Hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program. A candidate with a Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Individuals with at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience. New graduates are encouraged to apply!

We are seeking an RN to join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit at Aurora St Luke's Medical Center, where you'll provide exceptional care for a diverse and complex patient population.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care while applying the nursing process.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care.
- Utilize clinical judgment and critical thinking skills to support optimal patient outcomes.
- Contribute to a positive patient experience throughout the continuum of care.
