  • Risk Management, Risk Management Reports (Mark to Market, Hedge Reporting, Value at Risk, S / 4 Position Report) Lead US Based Prepare / Explore Phase Only - Advisory with Customer and SI Deliverable Work with Partner to activate CM / CTRM SAP best practice business processes (configurations) in the Development system provisioned by Andersons Execute planned CM / CTRM Workshops / Demos Business Process Document for desired future state processes Identify, list & categorize Gaps (RICEFWs) Interim Configuration & Functional Design to support limited RICEFWs developed by SI for POC scope.
  • This interim POC work may require to be modified by Partner during the Realize phase Effort estimate for continuing the Advisors for "SAP Scope" of the balance project (Realize-Deploy) Work with Partner to activate CM / CTRM SAP best practice business processes (configurations).
