Agile Coach

A company is looking for an Agile Coach to foster the adoption and maturation of agile practices and principles.

Key Responsibilities

Conducts Agile Maturity Assessments and provides recommendations for improvement

Coaches and guides teams and Product Owners to adopt an Agile mindset

Facilitates the sharing of best practices and supports Agile Transformations across the organization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of 8 years' experience in an Agile environment as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Team member

3+ years of experience with the Scrum framework

Deep Agile expertise with an understanding of servant leadership and the Agile Manifesto

Strong coaching and mentoring skills to guide teams and managers in adopting agility
