Senior Product Manager - Tech

We are seeking an innovative Senior Product Manager - Tech to join the Amazon Devices Reverse Logistics (ADRL) team, focusing on Centralized Planning, Forecasting, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). In this role, you will partner with the business and lead the development and implementation of technical solutions that optimize our reverse logistics operations, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency across the ADRL ecosystem. Key job responsibilities include :

• Leading the development of product strategy and vision for ADRL's planning and forecasting systems
• Defining and executing the technical roadmap for S&OP tools and platforms
• Developing detailed business requirements and user stories for forecasting models and planning systems
• Driving cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, legal, tax, finance, and business teams
• Managing prioritization and trade-offs between system performance, operational efficiency, and cost optimization
• Creating data-driven solutions to improve reverse logistics planning accuracy and operational effectiveness
• Leading the development and launch of new tools and features for centralized planning systems
• Partnering with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and resource allocation

The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
