Management Accountant
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Management Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and international holding companies.
This role will focus on transaction processing, month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting for group-level entities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in general ledger accounting, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with cross-border support.
Core Accounting & Month-End Close
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records for several holding companies.
- Prepare and post all journal entries including accruals, prepayments, reclasses, and payroll allocations.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Coordinate and process supplier payments, treasury movements, and intercompany settlements as required.
- Prepare and submit monthly trial balances and reporting packs for consolidation.
Expense & Transactional Support
Process and review employee expense claims and credit card reports, ensuring adherence to company policy.Maintain appropriate support and documentation for all transactions.Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports to support the Group Financial Controller and Head Office leadership.Assist with year-end statutory close and the preparation of supporting audit schedules.Compliance & Control
Support VAT and tax filings where applicable, in coordination with the Group Tax team.Maintain up-to-date SOPs and internal documentation for the processes under your remit.Assist in implementing best practices and process improvements in collaboration with Group Finance.Liaise with internal and external auditors on transactional and control queries.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.35 years of experience in general ledger accounting, bookkeeping, or management accounting, preferably within a multinational or shared services environment.Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.Proficient in Microsoft Excel; comfortable working with journal templates, reconciliations, and structured workbooks.Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.Strong organizational skills and ability to meet monthly reporting deadlines.Clear and professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.What We Offer
