We are seeking an Innovation Product Analyst to help design, implement, and manage programs that drive economic growth and support innovation within high-impact sectors such as technology, life sciences, clean energy, and advanced manufacturing. In this role, you will engage directly with stakeholders, analyze program data, and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance business development and investment opportunities. You will collaborate across teams to improve processes, ensure compliance, and optimize program execution while providing actionable insights that influence decision-making. Accountabilities :
- Support the design, development, and administration of innovation programs and initiatives.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate program requirements and ensure adherence to program objectives.
- Review and process program applications, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.
- Assist in developing program structures, policies, and procedures to enable effective long-term implementation.
- Perform data analysis, generate reports, and maintain program databases to ensure accuracy and provide insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and finance, to promote programs and share outcomes.
- Represent the organization at industry events and meetings, advocating for programs and building relationships with corporate partners, investors, and early-stage businesses.
- Participate in strategic initiatives, program improvements, and special projects as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, public policy, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum of five years of experience in program management, business development, or related roles, preferably in government, financial services, or professional services.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information and propose actionable solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and report writing abilities.Experience with project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management.Knowledge of public policy, economic development, and program compliance is highly desirable.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or similar systems.Benefits : Benefits
