Production Supervisor

We're hiring a Production Team Lead or Supervisor to oversee night shift operations at a high-volume production facility. This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role with a company that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do :

• Lead and support a team of production employees during the night shift, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring safety protocols, quality standards, and production goals are consistently met.
• Train and onboard new hires, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality, and day shift leadership to ensure seamless transitions and communication.
• Identify and resolve production issues in real time, using problem-solving skills to minimize downtime and maximize output.
• Report directly to the Director of Production and work closely with the General Manager and Day Shift Production Manager .
