Qualifications

Required Education :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Required Experience :

Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a licensed Physical Therapist.

Proven experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.

Experience in a variety of clinical settings, including outpatient, inpatient, and rehabilitation facilities, is preferred.

Required Skills and Abilities :

Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and equipment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Ability to assess patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.

Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Commitment to continuing education and staying current with industry advancements.
