GCA is The Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Administrator provides technical support, operation, and maintenance for Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Information Operations AV / VTC systems. This includes managing and troubleshooting CODECs, AV / VTC network connections, controllers, audio systems, wired / wireless interfaces, Cable TV, CCTV, and other AV / VTC-related equipment and peripherals within the Government computing environment.

Working under general supervision, the VTC Administrator ensures reliable, secure, and high-quality video teleconferencing operations across the enterprise. The role involves configuring systems, monitoring performance, diagnosing issues, and coordinating with network and infrastructure teams to maintain mission-critical communications capabilities.
