We are partnering with a highly respected private membership organization in Annapolis, MD, to identify a Staff Accountant to join their finance team. What You'll Do :

Manage full-cycle accounting, including general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close

Assist with financial reporting and support the Controller with special projects

Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting best practices

Partner with internal teams on budget tracking and analysis

What We're Looking For :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

At least 2 years of full-cycle accounting experience

Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software

Detail-oriented, dependable, and a team player
