Duration : 12+ Months Contract

Location : Bentonville, AR

Salary : $60.00 / Hourly

Role : Dynamics 365 Sales Consultant

Primary Skills : MS Azure

Role Description : The Dynamics 365 Sales Consultant must have 8+ years of experience. For this role, you must be an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Consultant to join the team.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the MS Dynamics Sales module, handling end-to-end sales pipeline management, CRM customization, and user training.

Responsibilities :

• Configure, customize, and implement Dynamics 365 Sales / CRM solutions as per client requirements.
• Manage and optimize sales processes : lead, opportunity, quote, order, invoice stages.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Automate workflows and reporting within Dynamics Sales.
• Train users and prepare technical documentation.
• Integrate external systems / data sources with Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Provide support for CRM upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.

Education : Bachelor’s degree

Experience : Minimum 8+ years of experience

Relocation : This position will cover relocation expenses
