Overview
Join our team as a Client Development Lead! This is a hybrid or remote role. The position is salaried. The Client Development Lead is responsible for researching, contacting, and developing business development leads and effectively transitioning them to key sales and management staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
- Establishes professional leads with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Meets goals for lead volume.
- Maintains meeting notes, contacts, and project leads in CRM.
- Collects customer service ratings and uses data to create additional leads.
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with the sales staff and company management team.
- Interfaces with other sales staff and company management to effectively transition leads and contacts.
- Develops and maintains monthly reporting for objectives.
- Works with sales team to cultivate major sales efforts and customer relationships.
- Leads the customer interaction process for account managers to ensure proper and timely information is occurring both ways.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or technical field preferred.One to five years of experience in sales or related role preferred.Physical Requirements
