Position Overview

The Accounting Manager will oversee the financial reporting and accounting functions of the organization, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accurate financial reporting. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health of the company and supporting strategic decision-making through effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the accounting team and oversee daily operations of the department.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely filing of tax returns.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate and assist with annual audits and other financial reviews.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team, fostering a collaborative environment.
